To enroll your child at the Elementary International School of Gdansk, the first step is to schedule a meeting with the School Principal. This initial meeting is a great opportunity for you and your child to visit the school, explore the facilities, and learn more about our educational offer. If an in-person meeting is not possible, an online meeting (via Google Meet) can be arranged.
We also encourage you to visit us during Open Days, which offer a chance to meet students and teachers and learn more about the EISG community.
After the meeting, the School Principal makes the final decision regarding admission, based on the availability of places in the respective class.
Language requirements vary depending on the grade level. Fluency in English is not a prerequisite for admission.
Before your child can officially join the EISG community, the following steps must be completed:
Once these requirements are fulfilled, a place is secured for your child
Prior to the first day of school, all relevant information must be provided, including any special needs, dietary requirements, and data protection details.
Admissions for Grade 1 are conducted on rolling bassis and begin annually on January 29 for graduates of the International Preschool of Gdansk and on February 19 for other applicants – until all places are filled.
The decision to admit a child to Grade 1 is made by the Principal of the Elementary International School of Gdansk, based on the analysis of the recruitment criteria and the conclusions of the meeting with the parents and child.
The School Principal makes the final admission decision based on the above criteria and the outcome of the meeting. Parents are informed of the result by email within two weeks of the meeting.
To finalize enrollment, the organisational fee of 2,000 PLN must be paid within one week of receiving a positive admission decision, to the following bank account:
